Do I need to leave my ticket on my dashboard?
No, the license plate entered into the pay station machine or via the QR code is all that is needed to verify that the vehicle has paid
How do I make a payment?
Please locate a QR code sign and either scan the QR code or text the number to process payment
Instructions are on the T2 (Blue)machine. Please follow the instructions including entering your license plate number.
If the above fails, call the provided patrol number below and we can help walk you through how to make a payment
My payment on the QR Code signs won't go through. What should I do?
Close your camera app and reopen it. Try to scan the QR code sign again
Alternatively, You can text to pay as well; the number to text is on the QR code signs
Make sure you have entered all of the information on the payment screen. If information is missing or incorrect, the payment will not process.
Although highly unlikely, you may be trying to stay for too long of a time. Some locations have a maximum stay time
How can I get a receipt if the machine does not print one?
Call the provided patrol number to make a report about the situation. We will send out a member of our team to look the the machine.

What do I do if the rate I am being charged does not match the posted rate?
Please note that all purchases may be subject to taxes and fees.
Please check for event rate signage. There should be noticeable signage both upon entry and throughout the garage when an event rate is being charged.

What do I do if I prepaid for a reservation, but there are no spaces when I arrive?
Unfortunately If all spaces are filled, we will be unable accommodate your parking reservation.
Please reach out to the platform you purchased your pass from to request a refund
How can I dispute a citation and/or violation charge?
Please follow the instruction on the citation to submit a dispute online. You will recieve an email in regard to the status of the dispute when our Customer Solutions team has received you dispute.
What do I do if my vehicle was damaged in your parking lot?
Please call the police and file a police report.
Property owners are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked in a public lot.
I can't find my vehicle, how can I find out if it has been towed?
There are Cedar Towing signs throughout the lot. you may reach Cedar Towing at 612-721-6645
Please understand we will only tow a vehicle when absolutely necessary. These reasons include:
Multiple unpaid parking tickets or previous suspension of parking privileges
Vehicle parked in an illegal way or space
Vehicle is blocking an emergency entry/exit
The lot is closed. Hours are clearly posted and vehicles are towed after close
The police have instructed us to tow the vehicle
How can I purchase a parking pass/monthly parking?

I left my vehicle in the garage and left the building, how can I get back inside?
Depending on which garage you parked in, you can access the garage via pedestrian doors or elevator bank.

How do I get the locked pedestrian door open?
Only a few of our garages have restrictions on their pedestrian door.
Most locations have security personnel present. Try contact the security team for whichever location you are parked at.
Most of our locations have a call for assistance button connected to an intercom by the door. Press the button to reach 24/7 assistance
If at the 7 Corners garage or Theatre Ramp, please make note of the access code provided both upon entry and at the bottom of your ticket. Access code MUST be used for reentry
If at the Holiday Inn Garage in St. Paul, please scan the barcode on your ticket or pass for re-entry
